I am astonished! I bought a three piece suit from Bookster in Deep Glade Harris tweed. Strangers stop me on the street to say, "Wow, that is a GREAT suit!" They're right, it is a great suit. People are particularly taken by the lapels on the waistcoat. What strangers can't see is the attention to detail. It is a great suit!

For my second order, I specified a very different style, single v. double breasted, soft shoulders v. very hard, etc. etc. -- couldn't be happier with the result. Cutter did a wonderful job matching up very tricky fabric on seams, executive decisions he made on details were uniformly correct. Fits like a glove, impeccably made.

The amount of customization available at Bookster for made-to-order tailoring is quite remarkable. What is even more pleasing is the superb execution of all of these details. Jetting, doube besoming, side adjusters and fishtail back, weighting down of the perfectly tapered trousers, all perfect. Couldn't be more pleased with the Holland & Sherry tweed and the construction of the suit --a double breasted jacket cut like a hacking jacket is tricky, but it is both generous and stylish, with very strong shoulders, just as requested. In short, amazing customization, impeccable tailoring, incredible value.

What can I say about Bookster Tailoring and my new suit? Words probably would not do it justice, but I’ll try. From setting up the initial appointment with Toby Luper, the tailor, to working through the selection and ordering process with Michele, the process was seemless. Toby is great! He was a delight to meet and very helpful in steering my choices and making sure the measurements would be perfect. Michele is wonderful as well and got out fabric samples so I could ensure that I got EXACTLY what I wanted! The suit...well all the great folks in the world won’t matter suit were second rate but rest assured THE SUIT IS TOP DRAWER...ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and exactly as I had envisioned. Without a doubt, I will be a repeat customer and I am digging the new dark fabric with the purple window pane! If you are thinking about a suit from Bookster, JUST DO IT...PULL THE TRIGGER. You won’t be disappointed!
